Shipping policy

We send gift cards at no extra charge via Canada Post standard ground service. Delivery standards are two business days for local mail, three business days within the province, and four days for national mail.

You may choose to pick up online baskets at any of our five retail locations. The delivery calendar will indicate when your basket will be ready. For expedited pickup at our 284 King Street location in Hamilton, please call (905) 528-8468 and select the Basket Extension. Please note that same-day pickup at the King St. store is available Monday to Friday for orders placed by 2:00 PM (excluding December).

We offer local delivery for Burlington, Hamilton (Ancaster, Dundas, Stoney Creek), and Oakville. Deliveries occur Monday to Friday between 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM. While we attempt delivery on your selected date, we cannot guarantee specific timing. If the recipient is unavailable, the gift may be left with a neighbor, concierge, or in a safe area on the porch.

For areas outside our local zone, we use Canada Post Xpresspost. Please note that we only ship within Canada. Canada Post will make one delivery attempt; if unsuccessful, the package will be held at the nearest post office or safe-dropped if possible.

- Address Accuracy: Please ensure all delivery information and recipient phone numbers are accurate. Fees may apply for rerouting or returned parcels due to incorrect addresses.

- Wine Baskets: Baskets containing wine from Flat Rock Cellars can only be shipped within Ontario, and purchasers must be at least 19 years of age.

- Delivery Windows: During the holiday season, delivery dates are guidelines only. We will make every effort to ensure your order arrives near your selected date.

- Guarantees: We cannot guarantee deliveries on December 22nd or December 23rd.

- Service Closures: There will be no delivery service from December 25th to December 27th.
