From Humble Beginnings

1954 to Present Day

1954

Rudolf and Frieda Denninger established their first store on King Street in Hamilton, Ontario.

1979

Denninger purchased a corner lot on Burlington Street in Hamilton and opened their manufacturing plant.

1980-1990's

Over the decade, we expanded stores and product development while becoming known as the legendary sausage makers.

2018

Relocated our flagship retail store location in Burlington. Now, with 4 locations across Hamilton and Burlington.

2024

Marking 70 years in business and proudly entering our third generation of family ownership.

2025

With exciting plans ahead, we remain committed to bringing our community together through food, tradition, and memorable experiences.
