Debbie is a graduate of the Chef Training and Baking & Pastry Arts program at George Brown College. After that, she turned her attention to cheese, graduating from the Cheese Education Guild in 2006. She has been working with the Dairy Farmers of Canada, Artisan Cheese Marketing and Plaisirs Gourmets. Debbie is pursuing the eternal link between wine and cheese, and recently beer and cheese pairings. She is also a founding member of the Toronto Cheese Guild. Debbie is passionate about cheese and is happy to share her discoveries in the exciting world of cheese.
