Updated Delivery Procedure for COVID 19

Our Local Delivery Service: Burlington, Hamilton (Ancaster, Dundas, Stoney Creek), Oakville.

 

Homes

• Porch drop-off only
• Delivery service will knock or ring doorbell
• If recipient does not answer, we will leave delivery on porch

 

Apartment Buildings

• Recipients must be home and able to meet delivery service in lobby
• Superintendents will not accept any deliveries
• A phone number must be given - if there is no answer the delivery will go back to Denninger’s and a second delivery charge will be added

 

Hospitals - No Deliveries

 

Retirement Homes

• Please call and make sure that they are accepting deliveries. 

 

Canada Post

• For deliveries outside of our local delivery service, please make sure you choose a non-perishable basket.

Canadians should anticipate parcel delays for the foreseeable future, even as Canada Post delivers at record levels. As Canadians continue to ramp up and diversify their online shopping, Canada Post is responding to unprecedented parcel volumes while maintaining important physical distancing measures in all our facilities. Processing record parcel volumes in plants that were never designed to keep people two metres apart takes more time.
